Processing Time:

All items purchased before 3pm Monday thru Friday will be processed and shipped the same day unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of purchase.  Items purchased After 3pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.  Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding US holidays.

Method of Shipment:

Items will be shipped USPD priority mail.  USPS gives an estimated 1 to 3 days for delivery.  Shipping time begins the business day after it has been submitted to the post office.

Tracking Information:

It normally takes at least 24 hours to display tracking information on a package after it has been submitted into the mail system.  The tracking number will be sent to the email address provided.  Please make sure your email address was imputed correctly.  Be assured that once a package has been marked as shipped it is on its way to you.  USPS does not always scan packages at every location.  If in the rare case your package does not arrive within a week of the specified date given you, please contact us with your order number and we may be able to open a case with the USPS at that point so that they can open a formal investigation.

Delayed Delivery:

Occasionally the USPS can have unusual delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances that could cause your package to be delayed.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions and we will be glad to assist you.  We make sure every customer receives their order!  Please note that the USPS gives estimated delivery times but does not guarantee a specific delivery date for priority mail.

Submitting Accurate Information:

Please double check your mailing address before submitting your order.  We often process and mail orders quickly after receiving your order, therefore it is very important to check your information for accuracy before submitting your order.  We mail the order to the address given by the buyer.  If there are any errors detected by the postal service before the item is mailed we will attempt to contact you via email to verify your address.  This could delay shipment while we await a reply from you.  Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect or outdated addresses given by the buyer at checkout as we have no way of knowing if an address has changed or is incorrect.


We can accommodate cancellations provided we have not already shipped the package.  Please remember we do ship items out quickly whenever possible.  If items have already been shipped you would need to follow the returns policy.


Payment is accepted via credit card ( Visa, Master Card, American Express/Amex, JCB, Discover and Diners Club.)
